Assam.Soup/Sup Assam/亚参汤：
- Mix 1-2 tbsp paste with water and your choice of seafood, chicken or vegetables. Coconut milk or evaporated milk (optional)
- Gaul 1-2 sudu besar pes dengan air dan makanan laut, ayam atau sayur. Tambah santan atau susu sejat (mengikut citarasa)
- 将1-2大勺酱料与水及喜爱的海鲜、鸡肉或蔬菜混合。可加入椰浆或淡奶（可选）
Assam Fried Rice /Nasi Goreng Assam/亚参炒饭：
- Stir-fry 1-2 tbsp paste with rice, egg and your preferred protein
- Tumis 1 sudu pes bersama nasi, telur dan protein pilihan anda
